With the strain that lockdown levels have placed on the hospitality and tourism industry, the Makaranga management team have decided to keep the gardens and facilities closed to the public until further notice.

“From a COVID-19 safety perspective and the overall product offering we strongly believe that this is the right move for us that will ultimately benefit everyone in the long-term when we do decide to open again. We look forward to welcoming our neighbours and friends back to our beautiful gardens in the future,” says Makaranga’s CEO, Colleen Wilson.
